The Bennett family have a long history in baking with Bennett’s Family Bakers founded and run by Claude Bennett from 1951 until he retired in 1965 when his son Anthony took over and, together with his wife Margaret, continued the tradition of providing quality baking to the people of Poole and Bournemouth in Dorset. Youngest son Mark has continued his baking heritage by starting his own Artisan Bakery in Poole.
